How Do I Pay For Treatment?
- We accept checks, debit cards, and credit cards. We are happy to discuss payment plan options as well.
- Once your insurance provider processes your visits, statements will be mailed bi-weekly to keep you updated on any balances owed.
- As for making a payment, you have three options:

- Contact our administrative office and pay by phone
- Mail in payment with your invoice
- Your insurance benefits will be determined before your first visit, please feel free to contact our administrative office if you have any questions about costs or coverage.
