Achieve Physical Therapy is expanding and currently hiring a Staff Physical Therapist – Hudson, MA to join our growing team. This full-time role is based in our Hudson clinic, a state-of-the-art shared facility partnered with a renowned group of orthopedic surgeons.
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who brings a whatever-it-takes mindset, takes ownership of patient outcomes, and is motivated to grow into a leadership role. Our practice specializes in outpatient physical therapy with a strong focus on orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and pain-related conditions—providing an ideal environment for clinicians who want to sharpen their skills and advance their careers.

For starters, you’ll get to treat your patients in a 40-min, one-on-one care model; with a first-rate, 15 month mentorship program; clinical ladder program; and leadership development opportunities.

Compensation:
- $80,000 – $100,000

Full Job Details:
Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Massachusetts-licensed DPT
- Commute to Hudson, MA
- Interested in outpatient orthopedics/sports medicine
- Preferably 2 years of experience
- Available M-F 7:00am – 7:40pm; 2 openings / 2 closings
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs.
- Creating personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving patient goals.
- Directly providing hands-on treatment according to the established plan.
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
